ACCESS/APPOINTMENTS

We use an appointment system for consultations with our doctors and nurses. Please speak to the receptionist to schedule an appointment that suits your needs. While you can request a specific doctor or nurse, we cannot guarantee their availability. Our doctors offer medical advice and treatment, and our nurses provide regular monitoring of chronic diseases.

KEEPING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please inform us if you no longer need your appointment or cannot attend. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient. Many hours are lost due to missed appointments without prior notice. Persistent failure to attend booked appointments may result in removal from our patient list.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

Your repeat prescriptions are pre-approved by your doctor. To order your prescription, you can:

- Tick the items on the counterfoil and hand it to the receptionist.

- Place your request in the letterbox service.

- Send a stamped addressed envelope by post.

Please note that we cannot accept requests for repeat prescriptions by phone or fax. Your repeat prescription will be ready for collection 48 hours (2 working days) after ordering.
